Is my book stored on your servers?
No. Your files are uploaded to our secure servers solely to process the task, then immediately deleted. We never read, store, or share your content beyond what is strictly necessary to complete the requested operation.
What does the Free plan's page limit mean?
The Free plan processes only the first 10 pages of your document This lets you verify quality and formatting before purchasing. The EPUB Editor is limited to 10 chapters on the Free plan. Page count follows the logical pages of the source PDF or DOCX.
What is included in the 1 Book plan?
A one-time payment of $38 unlocks full conversion for one book of any length, plus 8 tools (AI Summary, Metadata Editor, Cover Injector, EPUB Editor, Font Embedding, Diff Viewer, Validator). All tools stay active for 30 days. Batch Converter not included.
Which EPUB standard do you support?
We primarily output EPUB 3 (EPUB 3.3 compliant). You can also choose EPUB 2 for maximum compatibility with older e-readers. Fixed Layout (FXL) output is available for illustrated books and textbooks.
Can I use the tools on a tablet?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and designed for desktop and tablet browsers. For the best EPUB Editor and Diff Viewer experience, a screen width of at least 768 px is recommended.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. A free account (email or Google sign-in) is required to use any EpubBit tool. Registration takes seconds and no credit card is required. The free plan processes the first 10 pages of any document. Paid plans unlock additional tools and higher usage limits.
How many conversions does the Subscription plan include?
The $98/month Subscription includes up to 10 full conversions per month, all 9 tools, and the Batch Converter. The counter resets at the start of each calendar month. If you need more than 10 conversions per month, contact us — we offer custom high-volume plans.

1. Use of the Service
The Service provides document conversion and editing tools for personal and commercial use. You may only upload files to which you own the rights or have explicit permission to process. You agree not to use the Service to process illegal, infringing or harmful content.
2. File Handling & Privacy
Files uploaded to the Service are processed on our servers solely for the purpose of completing the requested operation and are permanently deleted immediately afterwards. We do not read, store, share or retain your content in any form.
3. Pricing & Payment
The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits as described on the Pricing page. Paid plans (1 Book and Subscription) are invoiced at the rates listed at the time of purchase. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable VAT where required by law. Audiobook pages beyond the included allowance are billed as overage at the stated per-page rate.
4. Refunds
One-time purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no download has been made. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; no partial-month refunds are issued.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, output quality or fitness for a specific purpose. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
